My stay in UK

Sorry for not updating in a while!

My trip to the UK was great! I had a great week in Kingston with Harald and Abi, and my other friends; Max, Alex and Dingle! I was so fortunate that I had great weather the whole week I was there, and we did what we know best: Drink beer. Harald and Abi had their final exams while I was there, but Harald was so kind that he took me to the British Museum one day. We had a great time there, and a cup of coffee on our way home.

While being in Kingston, I also met up with Linn, and we had dinner and drinks. I met up with Chris one day as well, and walked around half London and then went to Greenwich, where we saw the Greenwich line and we saw a cricket match (obviously between friends). I even think I understood the rules.

View of London from Greenwich.

After being in Kingston for a week, I went with Chris to Portsmouth to visit Tom and Simon. Portsmouth is a nice city. Met a lot of new people there; Tom has a lot of friends, and apparently lives with Portsmouth's biggest casanova. In Portsmouth we drank more beer (also some disgusting strawberry beer, Früli), had some jelly shots, and had a great time. Chris, Webby and I also had great time making fun of Tom hooking up with his x-gf again!

Greenwich Median Time

After Portsmouth I went back to London - this time to live on a hostel. The hostel was really great and I'm planning to stay there the next time I'm going to London. Can't always bother Harald by staying at his place! (It might also have to do with other cute things..)

At the hostel I slept in a girls dorm, and I managed not to get known with any of them. On the other hand, I got to know a lot of boys. First day I met Johannes from South Africa, who had ran away from the World Cup, and Andrew from Birmingham.  I also got to know some people from Australia and a five friends from Canada. Nice people all of them. I went on a pub crawl with the Aussies the first day, and we had a great time. I went on a pub crawl with the Canadians my last day there. That was even funnier!

Sam Bjørn (half Norwegian, therefore this strange name), the pub crawl-king loved by the gingers!

I had a really great time in England, and I really looking forward to go back in the future! Thank you to Harald and Abi for letting me stay at their place in Kingston, Tom and Webby for letting me stay at their place in Portsmouth, and of course YHA Central - London's best hostel!
